Charity

I would like to announce that Music for Minors would like to fundraise for chosen charity each year. This year I would like to support the Cystic Fibrosis Trust so you will see a fundraising activities and events throughout the year starting with a treasure hunt and book sale. Each square on the treasure hunt will be 30p or 4 squares for £1 all the money raised will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. As a prize I am donating a gift voucher amount of £30 redeemable against Music for Minors sessions and a cute pillow Pals cushion and bear. Anyone who purchases 4 or more squares will also receive a free pin badge or Mr Potato Head window sucker as well as the chance to win a great prize! All monies raised will go to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust!

We are also asking for a donation for the books so please put in what you can spare.

Gift Vouchers

I am now pleased to be able to offer gift vouchers redeemable against Music for Minors sessions or merchandise. These are available at any amount and would make an unusual Birthday or Christmas gift. Please ask for further details.

Tell a friend

Over the next few weeks I will be leaving some “Introduce a friend” cards out on a table. If you introduce someone new to MFM sessions ask them to put your name on the registration form (where they heard of Music for Minors) when they book and you can get yourself a free session when you book your next term! So don’t forget to pick one up and spread the word!

On Sale: T-Shirts & Instruments

You can still purchase MFM T-shirts for £5 sizes are: 1-2, 2-3, 3-4, 5-6yrs. If you would like to have a look at one, please ask and I will also be bringing some to sessions over the following weeks. I still have a few instruments for sale these make great gifts for birthdays:

Active Tots Squeaky Shoes

Don’t forget to grab a pair of Active Tots shoes for your little one! Shoes and sandals range from size 4 to 7 and are made of beautiful soft leather. These are great quality shoes with flexible soles allowing children freedom to move. With the added squeak in the heel they give children the motivation to walk and run and have fun hearing their shoes squeak! If you think that might be too much for your ears, be rest assured the squeak can be easily removed! Active Tot shoes can be purchased from me for £10. Please ask to view or look out for them in class before end of term.

End of Summer Term

It’s nearly summer hooray! Only a few more weeks left before MFM finishes for the summer break. Wakefield classes finish by 28^th of July and Oulton and Moldgreen classes finish 16^th July. If you would still like your place for September I will be asking everyone to book by Monday 6^th August so if I haven’t had your payment by then I will assume you no longer want a place. Please speak to me regarding class swaps or progression to the next age group.

 If anyone is interested in meeting up for another Café morning or African Drumming session during August  please let me know and I will see what I can organise!
